Who We Are

Our company specializes in providing high-quality petroleum products and fuels, prioritizing environmental protection and employing advanced and innovative technology in distribution.

We operate oil depots, both coastal and inland, strategically located in the Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia regions, holding fiscal and registered operator licenses. These depots are equipped to receive goods in compliance with current regulations, via land, sea, and railway transportation, with a combined total capacity of 310,000 cubic meters.

Our distribution network comprises 120 direct stations and 80 associated stations, serving a diverse customer portfolio. With daily sales and transport handled by approximately 400 tankers, we ensure efficient delivery services.

We hold green certificates and certifications throughout the production and sales processes, including certificates of origin. Our services are geared towards environmental sustainability, utilizing green technology and advanced structures, aligning with a 4.0 approach.

Extracted as crude oil, it undergoes refining, yielding a diverse array of products, primarily used as fuels like petrol and diesel for transportation, aviation fuel for air travel, heating oil for industrial and residential purposes, and liquid petroleum gas (LPG). Beyond fuel, petroleum plays a vital role in manufacturing asphalt, waxes, and lubricants.

Our strength lies in our ability to procure gasoline from CIS countries and the EMEA region, giving us a competitive edge in addressing shortages in global markets while ensuring full compliance. Specializing in the gasoline blending market, we take pride in offering a wide range of gasoline and blending components varying in quality parameters such as octane, sulfur content, vapor pressure, and aromatics content. Our coverage spans the ARA region, WAF countries, Baltic States, the Black Sea, and the Mediterranean Sea, with arbitrage opportunities into the USA. Our success in the gasoline market is attributed to our reliable relationships with counterparties, logistical expertise, and extensive experience in the paper market.

Moreover, we supply naphtha to gasoline blending pools and petrochemical plants. Leveraging our proficiency in light ends paper trading, we capitalize on opportunities arising from Naphtha, Gasoline, and Propane paper differentials, seize arbitrages to the Far East, and use our favorable track record to advance our business interests.

To better serve our clients, Cene Trade is expanding our LPG trading capabilities by entering the Ukrainian and Turkish markets. Recognizing the importance of offering flexible price quotations and pricing mechanisms in LPG, we remain committed to providing clients with convenient and effective trading solutions.

Jet/Kerosene, Marine Gasoil, Diesel

The trading desk for middle distillates at Cene Trade is actively involved in the comprehensive trading of Jet fuel, High Sulphur Gasoil, and ULSD. We have a wide-reaching network for sourcing middle distillates, covering regions such as Russia, the Caspian Basin, the Far and Middle East, and the Mediterranean. Our services cater to demand in the Black and Mediterranean Seas, as well as the ARA region. Additionally, our company is the primary supplier of Marine Gasoil in the Black Sea, meeting the needs of most bunkering companies.

To accommodate the diverse needs of our customers, we provide flexible delivery options ranging from small truckloads to vessels of varying sizes, including handy-size to AFRAMAX. Our company leases storage facilities worldwide, blends products to meet specific regional specifications, time-charters vessels of different sizes, and strategically plans railway routes to enhance cost competitiveness and ensure timely delivery.

Fuel Oil, VGO, Bitumen

Our company offers a wide range of fuel, VGO, and Bitumen grades, each with precise quality specifications. Leveraging our sourcing capabilities from the EMEA region and efficient logistics solutions, we ensure prompt delivery of these products to the Med and ARA regions, as well as transcontinental flows.

Cene Trade is recognized as the leading exporter of VLSFO and VLSFO components in the Black Sea region. With a storage capacity exceeding 250,000 cubic meters for dark products, we are well-prepared to fulfill demand in the Black and Mediterranean seas, while also seizing arbitrage opportunities to the East of Suez. Furthermore, we have ventured into the HS bunkering fuel market, catering to 1% fuel deliveries for power plants and smelters, and providing VGO as fuel oil blending components and feedstocks for refineries.

Moreover, we prioritize Bitumen as a growing commodity in our portfolio. Our sourcing capabilities from the Black Sea region enable us to address shortages in MENA and Europe, ensuring that we adapt to the changing needs of our clients.

Crude, Fuel Oil Feedstocks

Cene Trade procures fuel oil feedstocks from reputable suppliers in Russia and Central Asian countries, including Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. These feedstocks are distributed to refineries in the Black Sea and Mediterranean Sea regions, ARA, and USGC. Leveraging our extensive blending infrastructure and expertise, we provide a variety of fuel oil feedstock grades tailored to precise specifications such as controlled Sulphur content, calorific value, ash content, and water content. This ensures we meet the diverse refinery requirements of our esteemed clients effectively.

In addition to trading Straight Run Fuel oil and VGO, we supply High Sulphur Gasoil to refineries for ULSD production. Furthermore, we offer delivery services for Naphtha and LPG to petrochemical plants.
